I imported a quiz (html file) made from Articulate Quizmaker in RoboHelp 9. When I publish and try to open it gives a blank screen.  I am publishing using Webhelp Pro. Does anyone know how to use Articulate quizmaker with Robohelp?

Try generating WebHelp instead & see if that makes any difference.

Thank you for your reply.  I tried publishing with webhelp and it just sits there as if it is going to open.  I also have a quiz created with captivate so I will make another post about how to publish a captivate quiz with RoboHelp HTML 9.

Well, the Captivate quiz will be a swf file I imagine - what's the output of the Articulate program?

So if you use your browser to look at the .html file created, it runs the quiz?

Yes. I can double click the html file and it loads properly in the browser.

Ok, so how are you importing that html into RH? Via an iFRAME or as a complete topic by itself? How does it behave when previewed in RH's design view?

I am importing it as a complete topic by itself and in the design view I only see a small red box in the top left hand corner.  I

Hi there

You say "In Design view". Does anything change if you preview?

Often things like this will have supporting files that make them work. Are you familiar with all the assorted output files needed to accompany Articulate files? If so, were you certain to add them as Baggage files to your RoboHelp project?

Cheers... Rick

When I preview using the goggles I get a blank page. I am not familiar with the assoicated files nor did I add them as baggage files to the project.  I published it to a shared drive on our network and I can view the files the files that are associated with it from there. Do I need to add each one?

Hello again

Okay, here's the deal. You need to isolate only what is needed for the Articulate page to work. That may involve an HTML file, a SWF, a JavaScript file and other files. Once you know exactly which files you need to ensure are present, you should add each of them as Baggage files in your RoboHelp project. Be sure to add them to the folder where your HTML page is.

Adding as Baggage certainly won't hurt anything or cause multiple copies unless you add as Baggage to a different folder.

Cheers... Rick
