Does anyone know if there is a way in Robohelp that I can create a tip of the day each time a user opens my help file, much like the way Robohelp opens its tip of the day?

I know this feature can be annoying and most people turn it off,= but i wanted to use it as a method of alerting users to changes I've made in the help file. My plan is to turn it off after a while and then create a different alert when the help changes again

Hi Geoff

Yes you may use RoboHelp to do this. Basically you just create a project that contains all the tips. Normally the developers issue the call to the tips file and log which tip has been viewed.

If you totally want to control it from your end, you will need to use JavaScript. Below is a link to some script that may help you accomplish it.
