    two scripts won't load

    stevediguer

Hi, I'm working on a project containing ten short scripts.  Two of them won't load... they get stuck on the title page and then the program freezes up - whether I'm in the story app or on IE9.

      Can you please help?

      The offending scripts are called:

      TTM-03 Saving

      TTS-02 Making it Rain

The others appear to be fine.

          Hi Steve

We are sorry to hear that you are facing such an issue. Just to understand your problem better, when you say your application "freezes" does that mean that the application turns unresponsive and you are forced to kill it (from task manager) or that the application continues to run and respond just that your particular scripts don't work. Also, it would be good to know as to what version of the Flash player plugin you are on. In order to find out the version click on http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ from your IE9.

          Thanks

I have adobe flash 10,3,181,23 installed

It doesn't exactly freeze; I don't need to open the windows task manager to quit.

What happens is after the title page, the script ceases to load.  In the left panel I see only the OUTLINE heading and none of the Scene info.  All the other options - notifications, help, sign out, projects, general - react when I pass over them with the mouse, but don't load when I click on them (except Preferences for some reason).

I can move the tab to scroll down but the page doesn't follow.

I can move the zoom slider, and see the script appear under the title page, but I can't access it.

            Hope that helps...

              Hi Steve

Would it be possible for you to share the script with me (aabbasri@adobe.com).  For that, go to the projects view, click on the twirly on the left of  the document, it will have an option to share. We'll try and fix the  document for you.

              Thanks

                    Hi,

We were able to debug the issue at our end and figure out the problem.

The problem occurs when we have more than one revisions in the document and the 'Viewing options' is set to 'Active'. If we change the 'Viewing option' to 'All' the document loads properly. To do that, go to Production->Manage Revisions and change the Viewing option setting to 'All'.

Sorry for the trouble. We will be fixing the problem soon.

We have changed the setting with the document you shared with us, so it should load properly.

                    Regards,

                    Sunny
