RH creating folders and missing topic

With RH8, can someone tell me why Rh creates folders and under what criteria? Is it every time a topic is created, a folder is created?

Related to this is that I'm looking at my c: project folder and seeing a folder with an htm file (plus other RH creations). However, when I open the project, RH does not have the topic, htm file. What's up? here's a pic:

Looks normal to me - htm for the topic, fpj for the file representation & css.

It's perfectly normal for RoboHelp to create folders when you import from or link to Microsoft Word.

but what about the missing topic SSPAgent Processing Overview? If you look, you can see it's in the project folder but if then you look at RH, you see there's a folder but no topic.

So just go in and set it up again in the RH "folder"

No idea - probably has something to do with how it was created to begin with.
