Thanks for your interest in F4Fs..
The official F4F specification is only available , as of now, through an NDA. The following thread gives all the details : http://forums.adobe.com/thread/685558Please let us know if you need more information on this.

kaps_agl Jun 25, 2011 4:56 AM (in response to Nikhil Pavan Kalyan)Thanks,
Can you please give some idea as to whats the basic difference between f4v & f4f ?
Can I use f4f generated by my software (after getting access to specification under NDA) with flash access to add DRM ?

Nikhil Pavan Kalyan Jun 25, 2011 6:34 AM (in response to kaps_agl)F4V is almost similar to the basic mp4 ISO specification. F4F is a fragmented version of the F4V where the audio/video data is stored in mutliple mdat files instead of a single mdat, so that the files can be delivered in chunks, and can be 'appended' while playback.
Yes, if you are able to spec out your own F4f, i think you should be able to add DRM support much like what it is now.
Thank you ! -

Flashing Mathur Jun 26, 2011 10:03 PM (in response to kaps_agl)Hi,
Adobe Http Dynamic Streaming SDK already does simple fragmentation and fragmentation with DRM enabled using Flash access, which you are also trying to do. Can I have your contact so that someone from adobe can contact you.
Thanks.
