Locking Field Entry

Hi,

I have created a form for customers to fill out and send to me. Currently, there is a locked blank field titled: ID. I would like to be able to unlock this field and fill it out after a customer has sent me their form. I want to be the only person who can fill it out and once I do, I don't want anyone to be able to do anything with it. Any advice on how I can do this?

Hi,

you can keep a password field. ie if u enter the correct password only then the ID field will be allowed to enter.
