I got this error upon launching after updating. I purchased this from Adobe. How do I fix this?

I tried deactivating FB4.5.1 Premium for PHP and also CS5.5 and

reactivated  FB4.5.1 Premium for PHP but it not fix the error message.

btw: the link in the error box is broken.

Whew. The first reinstall gave me an error after installing the update...involving the workspace and exited after the error. So... I uninstalled again, and then manually deleted the workspace directories.

I then reinstalled and then the update worked.

ps: deactivate cs5.5 if you need to reinstall.

Hi,

We are unable to reproduce the issue here. These are the steps that we tried

1. Install FBPHP 4.5 build

2. Activate it using FBPHP 4.5 Premium serial number

3. Update to 4.5.1
4. Launch FB

We see no errors and able to use all zend features as well.

Can you please confirm that you are using FBPHP 4.5 Premium license only and not just FB 4.5 Premium license?

Thanks,

Deeptika

I am having the same issues as reported originally. I am uninstalling now and will attempt to re-install to determine if that corrects the issue.

Hi mgmontana!

Could you please help us understaind this issue by sharing your license properties?

Is it a pre-release forum license? CS5? FBPHP from Zend / Adobe?

Any detail can be helpful.

Thanks for your time,

Roy

Roy,

My license is from FBPHP from Zend/Adobe.

I did the uninstall/re-install recommended yesterday and so far it seems to have cleared the problem.

Hi,

I have the same problem. After I installed the update my Zend Studio became unlicensed.

I then restored a backup of my Flash Builder installation, created a new workspace and wanted to run the updater again, but it says Flash Builder is already updated and stops.

How can I run the updater again?

Thanks,

Andras
