How to style books and pages separately (RH9)

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to style books and pages separately? For example, have the style for books as "10pt Bold Gray" and the pages as "8pt Normal Silver".

Take a look at Snippet 10 on my site. There is some information there and a link to Rick Stone's site.

Whilst you can change the TOC font, I don't think you can specify a different font for the book and the topics.
