In RoboHelp 9, is it possible to insert a link in a topic to a definition in the project's glossary OR...

is there some other way to be able to update/change term definitions in all instances where they appear without having to manually change pop-ups or expanding glossary hotspots?

Thanks!

Welcome to our community

If you create your terms and definitions using the Glossary Designer you may then use the Glossary Hotspot Wizard to populate the terms across the topics. And if you work that way when you update the definitions they are updated in the topics where they exist.
