unable to find customer support

Hello.

I have been bounced around this site for about a hour now, and I have not been able to contact customer support in order to either remove some of my old e-reader devices, or increase the number i can have. How can I do this? Who do I contact. HELP!

I wish you luck. My experience has been less than stellar with the support that is provided, but you get what you pay for. I won't go into details other than to say, mine was a different issue.
