TOC entry doesn't show

I have created several helpsystems which works just fine. However... in one of them the "show-link" on a specific page doesn't open the contents page in a correct manor. It only shows the topics but not with focus on the actual topic. Does someone here know why or what to do?

Edit: It does work locally but not when published on a server.

Not really sure given that it works locally. See if Snippet 1 on my site helps.

Before the edit I would have questioned whether you had autosynch turned on. Now I wonder what you have optimised the help for, intranet or web? Try intranet.

Been there, done that... :)

The helpsystem in question is based on "older" systems which works just fine. However, the strangest thing happens:
If a topic is under one book it works, but when a topic is in a book which is in another book it doesn't work.
But this problem doesn't occur in any other places with the same (or almost the same) TOC-structure.

Hi

It worked with some tips from snippet 1 on your page. By selecting local PC instead of internet.

Thanks for your help!

That is what I suggested in my first reply! (Local PC and Intranet are the same setting).
