1. Re: Do we need multiple Adobe IDs?
Bob Bringhurst - Adobe Jul 20, 2011 9:27 AM (in response to dpsCygnus)Yes, use a different Adobe ID for each multi-folio app you create. The Adobe ID you use to sign in to the Folio Builder panel/Folio Producer Organizer/Content Bundler determines which app the folios you create will appear in.
When you sign up for the Digital Publishing Suite, an Adobe representative should help you set up your Adobe ID accounts.

dpsCygnus Jul 21, 2011 6:16 AM (in response to Bob Bringhurst - Adobe)Hi Bob,
Thanks for the answer.
We already signed up for the Digital Publishing Suite and have an Adobe ID that we use to sign-in and build our files.
Do we have to go back to our re-seller that sold us the DPS Pro package and have them set up a new ID for each Multi-issue magazine app we publish?

3. Re: Do we need multiple Adobe IDs?
mdalton@adobe.com Jul 21, 2011 6:35 AM (in response to dpsCygnus)Yes, you do need a separate publication account for each title/multi-issue viewer. This ID provides a 1-to-1 correspondence to the data repository on the distribution server. If multiple people are involved in the management of the title on the distribution server we recommend you create a separate ID that is not associated with any individuals personal account since access to publishing and management of the published content will be done through this one ID.
Note that many users with creative accounts may contribute to the creation of the folios and share their work with the publication account ID.

4. Re: Do we need multiple Adobe IDs?
dpsCygnus Jul 21, 2011 7:06 AM (in response to mdalton@adobe.com)Thanks, I am clear on the need for multiple IDs.
Now I need to know how I add new IDs that give me access to our provisioning account.
Do I need to go back to the Adobe reseller?

Bob Bringhurst - Adobe Jul 21, 2011 5:20 PM (in response to dpsCygnus)At this time, your Adobe rep needs to provision the accounts to work with the services. You should have received an email message with contact information.
