Hello, I have the Presenter 7 installed on my netbook (Windows 7 Starter, Microsoft Office 2007, 32 Bits) and when I click on any tab appear this message:

Adobe Presenter failed to open due to lack of a license or an error in the licensing system. Close and restart PowerPoint and insert the serial number for the license. If the problem persists, reinstall this product and try again.

I have license of product, but...

How I do?

It appears you have IE9 on your system, in presence of which the licensing agreement is not displayed. Please see this blog post which details the steps required to get around the problem:
