    CS Review process hangs after encode

      I'm having a problem using the CS Review process from PPro CS5. I click to export and upload a sequence to a review, the encode takes place, but halts at 98%, locking PPro up and requiring a forced shutdown of the program. I have a Case opened with Adobe, and spent nearly an hour on the phone with a support rep, where she joined me in an Adobe Connect session and watched my PC as I went through the details. They couldn't come up with a solution, so I thought I'd toss it out to the venerable Adobe Forum gurus. Here's what I've tried so far...

       

      Repair install of CS5.
      Clean reinstall of CS5.
      Repair install of Windows 7.
      Removed all Microsoft Updates from the 2 months prior to the problem's start.
      Made double sure that the Windows Firewall is off. No other firewall is installed.

       

      I'm getting close to a total reformat and reinstall of Win7 and all, but before that, would anyone else like to toss their two cents in?
