Publishing a Flex-PHP project to a production server

I have an account on a server. The root contains a folder called 'public-html' which is obviously public.

So public/bin-debug maps nicely to public-html/my-app on the production server and then I copy services and library folders to the root which is private

but what if I want to publish more than one project. They all contain services and library folders so collisions will occur.

Same holds for gateway.php. Its default location is in the public folder which maps to the public-html on the server.

This means all published apps will share the same gateway.php :s
