my subform page is appearing blank as page 2 when I preview??

When I preview, my subform page is appearing as page 2, blank.  Shouldn't I only be seeing my Page 1 and not a blank 2nd page?  I only have the text fields in the subform and also have it setup as hidden.

This sounds like a pagination problem.

Check if the page pagination is set to "following previous".

TY Radzmar for responding, my pagination is set to 'following previous'.

I have set up in DocReady for subforms to be hidden.  Still getting 2nd blank page.
