Server response is very slow

Can some one help in resolvin this error.Frequently I am getiing this error and the server stops responding immedeatly .
As a temporary fix i will restart the CF server/

The error in server log is
"Unexpected exception while processing a tag with a general identifier of (CFSCRIPT), occupying document position"

The Error in Application log is
Error while processing request.
Diagnostic error information
Error while executing a tag
