Unfortunately, not enough information to say anything.
Remove 3rd party plugins, try trashing your preferences: Trash, Replace, Reset, or Restore the application Preferences: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/526990
If you're brave, you can try to get a stack trace by copying DRWTSN32.EXE from a WinXP system and installing it,
and then we might be able to tell you why InDesign is crashing.
It's not clear if Windows 7 provides real crash reports, but John says Dr. Watson can be installed in another thread earlier today..
In any case, what you've posted isn't very helpful (not your fault). Have a look at http://indesignsecrets.com/guide-to-interpreting-indesign-crash-reports.php and see if you're able to find a real crash report, and you can post the relvant section on pastebin.com, then post a link to that here.
In the meantime, what happened last time you ran ID? did it crash? Is there anything inthe recovery folder? If there is, it might be corrupt and keep crashing on startup, so move everything out of the recovery folder temporarily and try launchin ID again.
Thanks guys, I emptied the recovery folder, removed plugins (only had one, kindle exporter), and trashed all preferences, etc. - no change. I will try to find out more and repost. DW and PS are fine.

No, it was fine, then next time just wouldn't start, hasn't since
