    CS5.5 Installation incomplete, Adobe Support Adviser is disconneting my network

      Hello,

      I've installed the new CS5.5 (Middle eastern version) on my brand new Windows 7 system. When it was done, it said that some parts were uninstalled and that I shoule reinstall.

      So I reinstalled and again, got the same "could not install" this and that..., I've restart the computer several times, I think I treid to install about 4 times but got the same messeges each time.

       

      I than download the Adobe Support Adviser so I could package the issues and send it over as Adobe suggested, but it failed doe to netword unavailable.

      For some strange reason, I than discovered that my network was disconnected and I fixed it. I open the software again, and again it told me I am disconnected form network. After 4 times, I discovered that everytime i use this software it disconnect me from my network.

       

      So now I got an incomplete installation without any knowledge of how to fix and how to send.

       

      Any advise what I can do?
