debugger not building

I do hope someone can help. For some reason as of yesterday when I tell the application to run in debug mode it does not create a new compiling so no changes are seen. I have tried forcing it by changing server settings and yet still is compiling the old. There are no errors/problems so everything should be fine.

Is there a way to force it into compiling?

What should I be checking to fix this issue?

Try going to project>clean and cleaning the project.  If that doesn't work, delete everything in the bin-debug folder and clean it again.
