Take a look in the RH for Word forum where you should find a
post Wrong Font... If you cannot find it, see Snippets on my site
which has some information on this but most importantly a link to
the post. At the end of the post there is a new solution involving
editing the RTF file which seems to be working for people who have
tried it.
