Trouble opening e-Book in ADE

I have fully downloaded ADE and then tried to open the e-book on my computer prior to transferring to my Kindle. The following error message appears: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED. Please help

I'm not an Adobe employee, but I believe that Adobe's servers are located in

several parts of the world. I don't think that matters as long as your

computer has the proper date, time and time zone for its location.
