Zipping a File in a Remote Location on a Local Network

Hello everyone, i have a project which involves zipping directory contents scartterd around differnt location on my intranet, i can do this seamlessly on my local computer but coldfussion can't access other directories on remote computers even if i map the drives to my system. it always return a "no such directory error

Any idea please?

Does the service CF is running as have permissions to all those remote locations (by default, it won't)?  Also, I'm not sure how mapped drives work... are they global to the file system, or are they part of the Windows shell?  CF won't have the same environment as your own user, after all.  You might wanna try using UNC paths instead.
