OT: Does this exist?

Does it or wouldn't it be neat to have a mapping software that could take a
web site and show all the linking between pages and what is not linked at
all. I inhertited a web site with many many pages and I have spent the last
week trying to find out what does where and how the pages pull to each
other.

I know mind mapping software can map a live site. Is there anything out
there that can do this?

If not, can someone invent it?

built in.
