Do Adobe techs read these forums?

I'm just asking.  There are tons of technical problems being posted with 0 replies behind them.  There are others where people have replied, but the replies are "I'm having the same problem!"

Is this forum strickly for people using the software with the expectation of answers only being provided possibly by someone else?  Again, just asking.....

I feel you too. We suppose to have a dedicated tech person(s) dedicated to assisting people. That is how to be build a cult-brand. Adobe please take note.

I read a lot of messages in this forums and there are at least 5 techs helping us on a daily basis. They seems to have access to engineers when they face a complex case.

They can't answer everyone... You can expect an answer from Adobe, or at least from a member. If you get no answer, bump your thread.
