2. Re: is there a bug with Lock Track
nefl777 Aug 24, 2011 5:57 AM (in response to Colin Brougham)Hello, thanks SO much for this info. I never would have figured that out. Now that I am past that issue I am still puzzled by a few things that are not working after adding keyframes to lower my audio - so maybe I have yet another setting "set" that shouldn't be.
I now cannot add the default transition with the "cmd D" cmd. In the menu pulldown it is greyed out.
I also cannot use the "fn ^" cmd which goes to the next edit point. It will go to the end of the clip but not individual edit points.
do you know what I might have set?
thanks again, I really appreciate it !

Colin Brougham Aug 24, 2011 6:06 AM (in response to nefl777)You need to target your tracks; those are the buttons labeled "Video 1," "Audio 1," etc. Those will enable almost all the commands you're missing.

I now have it clicked along with the audio. very interesting ! I have learned a lot and I appreciate your patience on this simple problem. Yes, I am a beginner with PPO coming from Final Cut.
THANK YOU and have a great day.
