Shift+F2 not working with Mac keyboard

Pressing Shift+F2 launches the help application when I use my PC Keyboard. But it doesn't work if I use my Apple wireless keyboard. Has anyone else had this problem?

Maybe this is too obvious, but still: Is your keyboard set up to have Fn key down for F1/F2 to actually register?

That is, does Shift + Fn + F2 work?
