Odd replicating a repeatable field on save

G'day,

I need help with this issue.

I have created a pdf dynamic form, and it has a repeatable fields.

When staff save the form, it saves fine, then reopen it, the form has replicated a new repeatable field on it's own...? and everytime the form is saved it keeps replicating a repeatable field.

This is very odd.

Things I have look at to solve.

-No data binding for that subform

-differnet names

Any help would be great thank you

Thanks anyways Paul,

Looks as though both rows in the 2 table were named the same. However, they were in different tables. I had a closed look, and made the rows unique and the problem is fixed..Also removed the global data binding.
