We have the developers create the contents in PowerPoint 2007 (PPTX) and import into Captivate 5. During the importing, the file was converting from pptx back to ppt and lose PowerPoint 2007 features and change the slide objects design.
Is there anyway to workaround it?

Hi there
What would be helpful would be if you could tell us exactly which features are being lost. If we knew that, we might be able to suggest a workaround.
Additionally, if you haven't yet, please do take a moment and complete a Wish Form/Bug Report (you choose which, depending on your view) to advise Adobe that improvement is needed in this area.
Cheers... Rick

Hi Rick,
Thank you for reaching out.
We are importing the PPT 2007 into Captivate 5 and notice that the PPT was converted from 2007 back to 2003. It turns out some of the format, such as callout box or the text/image objects, was altered and the artist needs pick different object format in order to keep the same layout bt. pptx and captivate files. When will the captivate compatible with PPT 2007 or up?
Another issue we found during the importing is that the images in the PPT 2007 master slide didn't get carried over to captivate 5.
However, Captivate 4 is ok to take the images from PPT 2007 master slides.
