Could not find Digital Editions folder

ADE seems to have installed correctly on pc. When I open ADE, I get the message "Could not find Digital Editions folder".

Have documents etc on D drive. Understand from other threads, ADE uses "my documents" ?

Have tried, restart pc, uninstall then re-install ADE. Everything goes well, until ADE is opened.

Have a Kobo. Calibre is installed, but not running at the same time as ADE. Had no issues with Calibre, it found Kobo without a hitch.

Don't have a "my documents" folder. There is a "My Digital Editions" fold on C:\.

Running Vista, all updates, Avast anti-virus (not sure if that matters).

Would appreciate any suggestions.

I have the same problem. Hmmm, maybe it's because my documents folder is on another drive? I'll see what I can figure out. So far, support has been most unhelpful.
