Help! I de-authorized my ADE account and now I cannot access a book I purchased

I de-authorized my ADE account and now I cannot access a book I purchased. It is giving me this error: "Document is licensed for a different user account." The problem is that I never registered an account with ADE before, so I can't seem to regain access to this file, which I desperately need. The book is in .pdf format but has all kinds of locks and permissions restrictions (e.g. on the number of pages that can be printed, etc.). It's a book from Equinox publishing, if that helps at all....

Your best bet will be to ask whoever you purchased the book from, if you can redownload it again.  Outside of working with the seller of the content you are out of luck.
