Presenter 7.0.7 - Powerpoint 2002 - Windows XP SP3

When I try to edit audio from the Adobe Presenter menu on any presentation Powerpoint\Presenter crashes with the following error

http://home.comcast.net/~jason.weir/other/presenter.jpg

I've reinstalled office and reinstalled presenter, the problem persists..

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Jason

Adobe Presenter 7 does not support Microsoft Powerpoint 2002.

Here are the supported versions posted on the Presenter web page:

Microsoft PowerPoint 2003, 2007, or 2010

Please upgrade your Office to 2007 or 2010.

OK - some more information - this happens on some presentations and not on others..

Any ideas on what can be wrong with the presentations?  I'd rather not have to tell the end user to start over with a blank presentation..

Thanks,

Jason

Jason,

I'm sorry this is happening. I've not seen this but I suggest you contact Support and submit one or two of the presentations so they can figure out what is causing this issue. That is very strange.

Wish I could offer more but until they see the files it's hard to diagnose remotely.
