robohelp 9 output files don't open correctly in IE9

As many of us are aware, IE likes to try and prevent pages from beginning to use Javascript, ActiveX etc.   Our context sensitive help documents our meant to be storied locally, and opened into our customers default browser.  This process works fine, but when documents are opened into IE, the browser trys to prevent javascript and then ActiveX from opening.  Is there a way to configure our help documents so that each robohelp file opens properly?  For example, is there some sort of option in Robohelp 9 to configure the output files in such a way that surpasses this issue.

Thanks

When you generate the help, tick the Mark of the Web option. If you have links to PDF files, test they still work.

This seems to have worked.  Further testing is required, but so for so good.
