I'm ruunning Windows 7 and tryning to download digital edtions.  I keep getting 'error getting license' and server comminication problems:E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED'.  What do I do?

The time or timezone is off on your computer.

both the time and timezone are correct on my computer.

It's worth triple checking - because this message means that your computer's idea of the current time is not the same (within 15 minutes or so) as the server's idea of the time.   While it may be that the server is off - that's highly unlikely.
