Authorization - failed

Hello All,

I have just installed ADE and after opening it I am trying to activate it. I have active adobe id but after I enter it and password, it says that
ID or password are incorrect, but I am 100% sure it is correct as I can log in using the same details. Is anyoone familiar with this issue and would be able to help me?
