Launch client local program

I know this is a touchy subject cause it can be used for evil, but is it
possible to launch a program on a client's computer using <cfexecute>? Part
of me hopes not, but I am adding a IM client to my web site and I would like
to have it open when the user logs into the site.

Just curious.
