Any decent options for RoboHelp training?

We are moving to webhelp for our software user guides (from InDesign/PDF). Right now I'm just doing a few massive copy/paste projects, setting up topics, TOC, etc. Some cross-references between topics. Pretty basic stuff. What are some good courses to take to learn more about what I can do with robohelp? Or is it better to learn Java or Flash and use that to spruce up the help?

Hi Josh. Have you checked out Rick Stone's site at http://www.robowizard.com/RoboWizard/NewProject.htm. If you navigate to his "Training" link you'll find some options there.
