I need some help with Creating a (Table / Grid) using Flash Builder (Not a datagrid)

I'm looking for a way to create a dynamic table / grid sort of like a spread sheet or html table. but I want to create all the cells via a loop.

The diagram below was created using php from running a loop and writing out the cells and the span for each grid/table cell. But I have no idea where to begin in flash builder to build something like this.

Some cells will span 2 to 4 columns as shown in the diagram below.

Any suggestions on how to create this type of table or grid in Flash Builder?

I have looked through most of the components, but i'm unsure which component to use.

Some help in this would be greatly appreciated.
