Slow Build Times in 4.5

I'm wondering if there is any good documentation on how / what to inspect in order to discern what might lead to a long build time in Flash Builder 4.5

Over the past month or so, our project has gone from compiling in seconds, to minutes.

It seems to get hang between 10 and 25% for a few minutes - then finishes the last 75% rapidly.

I only have 1 open working project
