Flash player on my webpage

Hi,

on my webpage http://www.starplusservices.com we have a flash player with pictures, some of our clients they said that the flash do not work on their Pcs is this normall?

Works on my PC; if it does not work on some other systems, you need to provide some details (operating system, browser, Flash Player version, etc.).
