Odd behavior holding me up on PPCS4

I am editing a wedding video and I am 3/4 of the way through.  All was going quite nicely.  I believe my troubles started when I tried to render a sequence with a dynamic link to an AE comp.  Here are my problems.

      1.  Sporatically when I open the project still pictures in the different sequences will be black, an odd size or rotated.  Closing the program down, rebooting and re-opening the project sometimes fixes this.

      2.  Some video clips in sequences are just green, no video.  Again re-booting and re-opening fixes this temporarily.

      3.  On occasion, when playing or scrubbing the timeline the program goes into Not Responding and will stay there forever

      4.  I have imported seven sequences from this project into Encore and see the same issues in the timelines of Encore.  When I try to transcode in Encore, to burn a test disk it just hangs up; forever.

      5.  I have only seen one error message and that has been pocessserver.exe has failed or stopped can't recall which one, but it has only appeared once.

      6.  If I try to export a sequence through Media Encoder it hangs up.

I have completed several projects prior to this without any issues whatsoever.  I am using footage from a JVC GY HM100U; 1280 X 720; 59.94fps .mp4 (EXCAM)

      System Info.

I am running Windows 7 Enterprise

      Intel I7 proccessor

      24 Gb RAM

System disk is 320Gb WD 3200

I have the project on stripped, 2 ea.250 Gb Hatachi drives

I have all of the media for the project on 2- 1Tb Samsung disks again striped

The video board is an approved CS4 board, I forget which one at the moment

      CS4 with the latest updates

I have no idea what to do with this.  I have many hours invested in the edit and the Bride wants her video.

Please any ideas will be welcome.
