Cannot sync ipa file (from flash builder) onto device via itunes

Is anyone else experiencing this problem.

I've created a certificate, uploaded to provisioning, created appid, added device, downloaded provisioning file etc.

I can get through the build in flashbuilder using my key and provisioning file, but when I add the provisioning file and ipa into itunes, I cannot sync the app to the device (ipod touch, latest gen). Itunes goes through the motions but the app never gets to the device, no error messages etc.

Help.... Been driving me crazy for the last day and a half.

Should also say app tested ok in flashbuilder, not surprising really as it was a simple one screen app with hello world...
