Silent switch flash player 11.0.1.152?

Doesn't the switch -install work anymore in flash player 11.0.1.152 for the silent installation?

I tried to install the flash player in a batch file: start /wait /min %target%\install_flashplayer11x32ax_gtbd_aih.exe -install

but this doesn't work.

Or how can I deploy every time the newest flash player?

The file you're trying to use is not the Flash Player installer, it is for the download helper.  You can download the Flash Player installer directly from http://forums.adobe.com/thread/909550.
