Flash 11 won't load

Been trying to load lastest version of Flash and it either stops partway with a box stating that can't find ImUilsU.dll, and then doesn't complete the download. Other times I get a timeout message at 12%.

I'm running a windowsXP professional system on an older machine.

Have tried turning off the NOD virus protection but that didn't help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Just tried the link from 909550 and while it said it hit 100% it gave the same message about not finding ImtilsU.dll, which is an incredimail program file (according to google). We removed incredimail from our system sometime last year, and haven't had any problem before this one.

What gives you that message - the installer?

Can you post the contents of the FlashInstall.log file in C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\ Flash ?

I'm trying to post the contents of the FlashInstall but it will copy but not paste. I even tried copy to a word doc which did work, but when trying to paste it to this forum it doesn't give me the option to. Is there a trick to copy and paste info?

How do you try to paste; are you using the standard keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V ?

No I have been useing select all, copy, paste. I just tried the Ctrl+V and I get C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\ Flash

I than get a meassage box stating      Message from webpage

                                                       Internet Server Error

I tried again to load and it gave a message in the (Adobe Flash Player Installer) Download Timeout, message occurred at 12%

I've been unable to copy the information in the FlashInstall Log to the message board whenever I try the ctrl+v I get, C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\ Flash

I'll try typeing it out in a word doc and do a a copy and paste from it

You can also attach the FlashInstall.log file directly to a forum post.

I try we lost power in the storm and still have no date of return, using local library to try and catch up. I'll try it as soon as we have power and internet

You did download the installer from the link I gave you in my first reply?
