lets clear things up a bit. there's a few things in here that need clarification...
Google Chrome:
chrome ships with it's own embedded player. there is no installation required for flash player 11 to be installed. assuming you did not disable the embedded plugin, what version is reported when you navigate Chrome to: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
do you receive an error (if yes, please specify). also, a screenshot would help.
Safari/Firefox:
safari and firefox uses the same binary. what other recommendation steps did you attempt? we suggest you do an uninstall then download the installers directly from this FAQ:
http://forums.adobe.com/message/3952360
does the installation fail? if yes, what error if any did you receive?
did the installation succeed? if yes, what version is reported when you navigate safari/firefox to: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
do you receive an error (if yes, please specify). also, a screenshot would help.

i'm not seeing any screenshots or reponse in the previous post and your last comments formatting is difficult to read.
let's focus on youtube because Netflix uses silverlight, which is unrelated to the flash player...
determine which version of the player is installed:
what version is reported when you navigate your browser to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
if you can see that version 11,0,1,152 is installed then refer to this page to attempt to troubleshoot:
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/839/cpsid_83952.html#main_Solve_video_playback_issues
if turning off hardware acceleration does not resolve your issue, please scroll down the page and follow the instruction how to file a report in our external bugbase.
