Upgrade from Audition 1.5

I have been using Audition 1.5 for almost 11 years now.  Computer died big time.  Transfer files etc to another computer.  What is the upgrade of Audtion 1.5?  What is the current?  What is the least expen$$$$$$$$$$ive?
