I've inherited a project on RoboHelp 8 previoulsy attempted by 2 others who, from what I can tell, knew as little or less than I about using this software. There are currently 2 .css files in use on the same project. I've done a side-by-side comparison and there are several elements repeated in both. Is there a reason for using 2 style sheets? Will I be ok to combine the elements into one master sheet?

Thanks for any help! I'd also appreciate referrals to a good user manual.

Welcome to our community, Mary

It's really anyone's guess as to why two different style sheets would be in use. You should easily be able to configure the project to use only one. Typically you do this using the Topic List pod (View > Pods > Topic List).

There you are able to select all your topics, right-click and choose Properties. From there, choose the Appearance tab and select the desired CSS file. That action would configure a single CSS for all topics.
