1. Re: How do I stop transcoding automatic and go manual?
Stan Jones Nov 3, 2011 6:32 AM (in response to h2ofun)Try "revert to original" on each of the assets. If that is not it, then post a screen shot of your project panel.

2. Re: How do I stop transcoding automatic and go manual?
h2ofun Nov 3, 2011 8:37 AM (in response to Stan Jones)Thanks Stan for the help. I have actually tried doing this project 3 times from scratch. Everything had started normal saying it would take 8.54 gig, and like 3 meg free in the disc size. I even have gone into project settings and put the max bit rate to the lowest 6. Here are screen shots of the failures as they came up. After the failure, the disc size jumps way up.
Since I have made like 10 projects with the exact same settings and project length, this is weird.

3. Re: How do I stop transcoding automatic and go manual?
Stan Jones Nov 3, 2011 11:07 AM (in response to h2ofun)With regard to your original question, you have to "revert to original" on the asset (the PR sequence); then you can change the automatic to a specific transcode setting.
With regard to the underlying problem, you describe the size being okay until you build, and getting a build failure during navigation. I suspect a layer break issue. Try building to a folder to see if that works. A workaround is to then set the layer break in ImgBurn.

4. Re: How do I stop transcoding automatic and go manual?
h2ofun Nov 4, 2011 12:53 PM (in response to Stan Jones)No idea what was going on but going to a fold made no difference. But, I was able to finally get the transcode settings so I manually kicked the encoding way down and got it to fit.
Thanks
