InDesign is a professional application that takes time and effort to learn, let alone master.

As for your questions, Flash is out of the question with tablet publishing. It simply won't work, but there are way around just about everything. But you need to walk before you can run.

i do not intend to sell the folio files. i just want to make one for personal use so making one in indesign is what i'd like to know.
you said flash is out of the question. ok, what programs do i use and what are some of the methods used for what i want to do?
i'm asking because i want to look up this stuff before i dive right in. i don't want to have ideas that can't be done.
