Uninstall / Install via GPO

I'm in need of a working solution for how to remove/uninstall any previous version of Flash Player and then to install a newer version of Flash Player.

I need this to be an MSI/MST file, since I need to roll this out via GPOs, so the ordinary EXE file to remove Flash Player doesn't work.

Anyone has any ideas how to do this?
